Live Scan Process & Services

Obtain your Request
for Live Scan Form
The organization directing you to get the live scan will provide you with a form. We do not supply forms for any organization or live scan process. You only need one printed copy of the form. We will make you copies for your records at the time of scan.

Visit our Office from
10am-4pm, Monday-Friday
We are located in downtown Santa Cruz at 841 Cedar Street. Walk-ins welcome. The process takes about 5-10 minutes on average.

Mobile Service Information
for Groups and Individuals
We realize it is sometimes difficult to get to the office for live scans, so we do offer mobile service for groups and individuals needing special service. If you are wanting to request a mobile scan, please contact us. Mobile scans are by appointment only and subject to availability.
4.
Items Needed Before your
Live Scan Can Be Processed
There are three items needed before we can do your live scan. First, please have your form. Second, please have your non-expired government issued ID. If you have lost your ID or have an expired ID, we can still do your scan but you need to provide at least two supporting forms of ID. The easiest way to see if we can do your scan with missing or expired ID is to call us. The last item is some form of payment, please see our Pricing page for details.
