Rolling Fee Schedule for Live Scan Services:

Additional State and/or Federal fees will apply at time of service unless you have a DOJ Billing Number, please see below for details.

Group Rate.........………….....$25.00 per scan
15 or more scans at a single location

Additional State & Federal Fees:
Government fees are required for the State (DOJ) and Federal (FBI) level criminal history record checks. In the absence of a DOJ Billing Number issued to the requesting agency, these fees will be collected at time of service and be in addition to the listed Rolling Fees.
